7:00 A.M. Friday | Texarkana, Arkansas Police officers were on scene of a car wrecked out on top of a windstream telephone box behind Dennys restaurant.
While on scene investigating someone came forward and told police there was a male asleep in the pool area of the hotel next door. Police made contact with the person and determined it was the driver of the vehicle. He was placed under arrest for leaving the scene of an accident.
