The cosmetology program at Texarkana College is offering free haircuts for federal employees and their families through the end of this week.
“We wanted to help out where we are able to,” said Ronda Dozier, Coordinator of Cosmetology. “Even if they just want to come relax, get a shampoo, and not have to worry.”
Texarkana College Cosmetology is open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday. They are located at 1401 Richmond Rd. No appointment is necessary.
