Texarkana Police Department is looking for a man they say stole a cell phone from a gas station.
According to police, the cell phone belonged to a gas station employee who was helping the individual when the cell phone was stolen.
Surveillance footage clearly shows the man slide the cell phone that was on the counter, closer to him just before putting it in his coat pocket.
