Texarkana, Arkansas Police are investigating after a 14-year-old allegedly shot two people in Texarkana Saturday evening.
The shooting occurred at E. 24th St. and State Line Ave. around 7 p.m. Saturday evening.
Allegedly the teen’s mother and another adult were in an altercation when he shot them.
The mother’s boyfriend is in surgery and the mother was treated on scene.
