The City of Texarkana, Texas Municipal Court is offering an amnesty program through April 2, 2026, allowing residents with outstanding warrants to settle their cases without being arrested.

The program, which began February 2, enables citizens with Class C misdemeanor warrants to pay their fines in full and have their warrants recalled. Payments must be made in person at the Texas Pay Fine Window on the first floor of the Bi-State Justice Building, located at 100 N. State Line.

Accepted payment methods include cash, money order, debit card, or credit card with a fee. The court will not accept checks or online payments for warrants during the amnesty period.
