Top Army Official Visits Red River Army Depot


The Secretary of the Army Mark T. Esper visited Red River Army Depot on Tuesday.

As Secretary of the Army, Dr. Esper has statutory responsibility for all matters relating to the U.S. Army, to include the recruitment, organization, training, equipping, and care of 1.4 million active duty, National Guard, Reserve Soldiers, Department of the Army Civilians and their Families.

Esper is currently touring depot facilitates across the country.

Esper will make the decision if Red River Army Depot will repair the new Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle. He says he will make a decision in the coming months.
