TTPD Arrests 2 Fugitives After Officer Recognizes Car

IMG_0412Two fugitives with felony warrants were arrested Tuesday after an officer recognized their vehicle parked at Walgreens on State Line Avenue.

According to Texarkana, Texas Police public information officer, Sergeant Mike Jones, “officer Karey Parker recognized the vehicle as being associated with two fugitives.”

According to Sergeant Jones brothers, 24 year old Jacob Kevin Gerber and 20 year old Joshua Carl Gerber were identified and arrested for warrants charging Theft $1500-$20,000.

Theft of property valued at $1,500 or more, but less than $20,000 is a state jail felony punishable by 180 days to 2 years in jail and a $10,000 fine. No bond has been set.
