January 15, 2015 | Texarkana Texas Police Department honored Captain Tony Autrey today upon his retirement after 37 years of service with the Texarkana Texas Police Department. He started on January 2, 1978 as a patrol officer and has since worked in all divisions of the police department. His distinguished career now stands as the second longest tenure of any officer in the history of the department.
