Texarkana, Texas Police found a small male Yorkshire Terrier who was unable to get out of the drainage ditch at Ferguson Park in the 3000 Texas Blvd Monday afternoon.
According to police the officer was able to get him out, but he had no collar or identifying tags.
Police say if you recognize him he is waiting on you to come pick him up at the animal shelter.
