According to Texarkana Texas Police they are working a case where some checks were stolen from a mailbox on Richmond Rd in late March.
Police say one of the stolen checks was later passed at the Walmart in Texarkana Arkansas by these two people. They drove off in an older white Ford Expedition or a similar type vehicle.
