The Twice As Fine Texarkana Wine Festival is happening at Spring Lake Park till 7 p.m. Saturday benefiting the Alzheimer’s Alliance Tri-State Area.
The food and merchant area has free admission while the wine vendor area costs $10 at the door.
Vendor’s are offering wine from many of Texas’s best wineries, as well food, art and other specialty vendors.
