Twins Announce their 2018 Texas Collegiate League Schedule

The Texarkana Twins are excited to announce their 2018 schedule will begin Friday, May 25th at home with 2 set games at George Dobson Field against the defending champion Brazos Valley Bombers in a rematch of last season’s 1st round match-up of the TCL Playoffs. The home-stand continues as the Twins host another 2 games against the Victoria Generals.

Afterward, The Texarkana Twins will be on the road battling the Bombers, Cane Cutters, and Marshalls before coming back to George Dobson Field on June 6th.The Twins will be hosting a total of 28 home games this season and traveling to the other Texas Collegiate League members’ home turf for the remaining 28 games including the Acadiana Cane Cutters, Texarkana Twins, Texas Marshalls, and Victoria Generals

From July 3rd through the 5th, Twins will travel to Victoria, TX to compete in the TCL All Star Games. These games are the league’s annual showcase of top players from the Texas Collegiate League.

After a league-wide off day on August 8th, the TCL one-game playoffs will begin on Wednesday, August 9th. The Championship Series will be a best of three series starting August 10th, lasting until August 12th, if necessary.

Monday Home Games: May 28th, June 18th, June 25th, July 30th

Tuesday Home Games: June 19th, July 7th, July 24th, July 31st

Wednesday Home Games: June 6th, June 20th, July 11th, July 18th, July 25th

Thursday Home Games: June 7th, June 21st, June 28th, June 19th

Friday Home Games: May 25th, June 8th, June 29th, August 3rd

Saturday Home Games: May 26th, June 9th, July 14th, August 4th
