U of A Hope-Texarkana Dean Selected to Present at National Conference

The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana Dean of Business, Technology, and Education, Eddie Lamb, has been selected to present a paper he recently wrote at the Annual National Institution for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) Conference on May 26-29, 2018, in Austin, Texas.

Lamb’s paper, “Improving Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion,” highlights the reasons for the lack of diversity within the teaching profession with a particular focus on African Americans. “I have previously canvassed opinions on the subject from a number of faculty and would welcome further input. I hope this paper will help in continuing to take positive steps towards diversity in education,” said Lamb.
