The Willows Closing for Renovations

The Willows, an apartment complex in Texarkana, Arkansas, will close for complete remodeling on October 1, 2017 and will remain under construction for at least one year. Construction will be executed in phases, with up to 24 months of work.

A representative from Park Side LLC. said, “We are seizing an opportunity on the Arkansas side to improve rental property. Significant renovations can be expected with the result being market rate apartments. We want to make The Willows a community again.”
