The high tea is the first event of the week leading up to Party with Picassos on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center. Hostesses decorated their tables extravagantly and served Irish tea with hors d’oeuvre.
Some of the various themes included a jungle theme, easter, and Disney’s Cinderella themed tablescapes. For more information about the event or Party with Picassos, contact: (903) 792-8681
