Gloria Jean Wellington,75, of Texarkana passed away on January 27, 2026 at a local hospital.
She was born on May 2, 1950 to Fredrick and Helen Rouse, Jr. in Jacksonville, Florida.
Jean is preceded in death by her parents, sister Maria, and a daughter Marilyn.

Survivors include her husband John Wellington, daughters Samantha, Amanda, Anita, and Beth Rouse; son Danny Rouse; three stepsons Richard, John III, and Michael Wellington; 35 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
