A&P Tax Set To Be On November Ballet

69 Pages of signatures were delivered to Texarkana Arkansas City Hall today to put the repeal of the A&P tax on restaurant and hotel purchases on the ballot for November.  The A&P tax is an advertising and promotion tax of 2% charged on fast food and hotels.
