TEXARKANA, TEXAS— The Texarkana, Texas Streets Department will be working on a drainage project on Jonathan Road between McKnight Road and Sarah Circle that will close one lane of traffic for three to four weeks. The project, which will begin Tuesday, July 29, 2014, will close one lane of traffic and leave one open for through traffic.
