Miller County Sheriff’s Office investigators have arrested a 76-year-old Fouke man for alleged sexual misconduct with teen boys.

Kenneth Richards was arrested for rape, second-degree sexual assault and two counts of sexual indecency with a child Nov. 9. Richards began trying to touch the boys, who told investigators they were working for Richards, when he was driving them around, according to a search affidavit for Richards home on Attaway Ave. in Fouke, Ark.

The teens, two of who are 14 and one of whom is 16, allegedly reported that Richards gave them tobbaco, alcohol, money and offered them other gifts in exchange for sex. Richards allegedly made the teens watch pornography at his home.

Richards allegedly confessed to giving the boys alcohol and tobacco and to performing a sexual act on one of the teens. When investigators executed a search warrant on Richards’ home, they seized computers, computer storage devices and computer discs. A box of discs was allegedly labeled, “Ken’s XXX videos” and “keep out.” A disc with, “XXX Oct. 23, 2017,” written on it was listed as seized on the search warrant documents also.

Richards is currently free on a $75,000 bond. As a condition of his bond, Richards cannot have any contact with the alleged victims, must remain on house arrest and must wear a GPS leg monitor.

Richards is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 5.
