Texarkana Texas Police were dispatched to a business in the 400 block of North Lake Drive at 11:20pm on July 21st 2014. Upon arrival officers made contact with the owner of the business who advised that he had towed a vehicle and performed some mechanical work on a car for the suspects. He advised that the suspects, Rogelio Carrera, 34, and Courtney Sunderland, 28,both of Garland, Texas, attempted to take the car and leave without paying for his services.
The owner detained the suspects until officers arrived to prevent the consequences of theft. Both suspects were charged with Theft of Service over $20 under $500. They were both transported to jail.
