Texarkana, Arkansas City Manager Kenny Haskin has appointed David Fletcher as Chief of the Texarkana, Arkansas Fire Department effective September 1, 2016.
Chief Fletcher began his career as a Firefighter with the Texarkana, Arkansas Fire Department in February of 1992. His most recent assignment has been serving as the Interim Chief since the retirement of former Fire Chief Bobby Honea in April of this year.
