Tornado Watch Issued Until 10 p.m.

A tornado watch has been issued for the Texarkana are until 10 p.m.

There is a Slight Risk for severe weather this afternoon and evening for Southeast Oklahoma and much of Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas. Damaging winds and flash flooding will be the primary threats, with large hail and isolated tornadoes being the secondary threats.
