Texarkana, Texas Police Department is investigating after a person was shot and killed in the parking lot Wednesday afternoon.
According to police a male in his 30’s was pronounced dead on scene. The shooting happened around 4:30 p.m.
Victim or suspect information has not yet been released. Police have established at crime scene at Chili’s and are investigating.
