Judy K. Bowman
Mrs. Bowman was born May 30th, 1946 in Texarkana, Arkansas. She was a longtime administrative assistant for the Texarkana, Arkansas Fire Department and a member of Sylverino Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years Larry Bowman. She was also preceded in death by a brother Rick Higginbotham and sister Jean Jones and her parents Richard and Ina Mae Higginbotham.
Survivors include her brother Tim Higginbotham; niece, Connie Glass; nephew, Jeremy Higginbotham; niece, Kristin Sledge and sister-in-law, Patricia Crow.
