Boil Water Notice Rescinded for Areas of Bill Rogers Drive in Texarkana (Sept. 23, 2026)

Texarkana Water Utilities has rescinded the boil water notice for customers in the Bill Rogers Drive area, effective Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

The affected locations were Bill Rogers Dr, Northridge Cir, Dreyer Pl, Cindywood St, Cindywood Cir, and Ladera St.

The Sept. 21 boil water notice was issued when the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required the City of Texarkana public water system, ID 0190004, to require that water be boiled prior to use for drinking or human consumption due to conditions that occurred in the system. Texarkana Water Utilities has since taken the necessary corrective actions to restore water quality and provided TCEQ with laboratory test results indicating the water no longer requires boiling prior to use.
