TTFD Responds to Truck Fire on I-30

10:15 p.m. Wednesday | Texarkana, Texas Fire Department responded to a call that was first dispatched as a large semitrailer fire on Interstate 30 near the Nash exit.

According to the initial fire dispatch a semitrailer carrying paper was on fire on interstate.

A TTPD officer who reached the scene first reported that it was only a small brake fire and that the load was not on fire.

TTFD was quickly on scene and cooled the brakes off with water.
