Miller County businesses that are delinquent on personal property taxes will soon find their names listed on the counties tax collectors Facebook page.
Miller County Tax Collector Cathy Hardin Harrison says she will begin listing the delinquent accounts on the Facebook page as early as today.
Over $200,000 in delinquent business personal property taxes is owed to the county from 233 entities.
A new position has recently been created for the purpose of going after these delinquent accounts. Last month one business alone paid over $50,000, said Harrison. $484,475.39 has been collected since efforts began in May of 2016.
