UPDATE – HE HAS BEEN LOCATED
Texarkana, Ark. Police are asking for help locating a runaway juvenile.
According to police, Kaleb Flanagan, 16 years old, ran away on Friday and has not returned home or had any contact with family since.
The family is very concerned that Flanagan may come into harm.
