Flash Flood Warning Issued for Texarkana Area

The national weather service has issued a flash flood warning for the Texarkana area until 12:15 a.m.

According to the alert at 9:18 a trained weather spotter reported flash flooding across the area.  Two inches of rain have already fallen and 2+ inches is still possible.
