Bobby Denton has been arrested and charged with Felony 1 Criminal mischief for his alleged involvement in the Thursday fire, according to Atlanta Mayor Travis Ransom.

“Due to the diligent work of law enforcement, I can confirm that one arrest has been made in connection with the fires in downtown Atlanta,” Ransom posted in a Facebook post Sunday afternoon. “The District Attorney’s office and Law Enforcement agencies will likely provide additional detailed information tomorrow afternoon. My complements to the multi-agency efforts which have resulted in this arrest.”
