The Texarkana Texas Police Department is investigating a Homicide in the 6200 block of Summerhill Place.
TTPD Officers responded to a welfare check at 11:30 a.m. and found 27-year-old Jennifer Garrett dead inside the home. Her boyfriend Travis Turner was arrested for murder.
Her body has been sent to Dallas for an autopsy.
