A local dog groomer was featured on Inside Edition Wednesday evening for past allegations of animal abuse.
Joshua Allen Mitchell is the owner of a grooming business called Bubbles and Biscuits on Texas Blvd. Mitchell was accused of slamming a Shih Tzu’s head into the grooming table at a Tampa pet salon. The force of the blow burst blood vessels in dog’s eyes.
According to Inside Edition, Mitchell was charged with animal cruelty in Florida but the charge was later dismissed after he agreed to complete an intervention program.
