On Monday April 30, 2017 Bowie County Fire Marshal’s Office arrested two people for insurance fraud.
Jeffery Lane Wilson and Susan M Wilson were arrested for insurance fraud.
According to Deputy Fire Marshal Scottie Taylor, the two suspects filed an insurance claim on November 09, 2017 in New Boston, TX. Taylor was referred the file in early April by Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company and completed the investigation.
Arrest warrants were issued for the arrest of Jeffery Lane Wilson and Susan M Wilson for insurance fraud $2500 less than $30,000 a State Jail Felony in Texas.
The 2 were arrested Tuesday by Deputy Fire Marshal Scottie Taylor and Investigator David Gipson at their residence at 4804 Daniels Chapel Road in New Boston, TX. They were transported to Bi-state Justice Center Jail and no bond has been set at this time.
