Texarkana, Texas Police have taped off 30th St. between Magnolia St. and Hazel St. after a man mowing discovered what appears to be tank round.
According to police the man was mowing at 3001 Magnolia St. when he discovered the round in the grass.
An explosive ordnance disposal team is en route from Barksdale Air Force Base.
