23rd Street Closed Between Pine & Olive, Houses Evacuated | Gas Leak

1:00 P.M. Saturday | Texarkana, Texas Police and Fire have 23rd street closed between Pine & Olive Streets and residents evacuated from their homes due to a gas leak.

SWEPCO crews were repairing a broken utility pole from Thursdays storm when they hit a Centerpoint Energy gas line.
