6:30 P.M. Saturday | Texarkana TX Fire Police & Fire responded to a three car collision on the south side of the cowhorn creek bridge Saturday evening. The accident caused TTPD to close cowhorn creek on the north side of the bridge and redirect traffic.
According to overheard conversation of onlookers the accident may have been caused by at least one driver allegedly looking at a cell phone. No injuries appeared to be serious. Cowhorn Creek is reopening as of 7:20 PM.
