Hundreds of dogs, from dachshunds to Dalmatians, are expected to strut their stuff this weekend at the 2019 AKC All Breed Dog Show.

The event showcases more than 120 breeds, with around 1,000 dogs coming from around the country in past years. Organizers of the event say visitors can expect “some of the best dogs, handlers, and judges in the country.”

Multiple vendors will be in attendance offering a wide variety of fun and unique dog products. A concession stand and raffle are other highlights of the event.

Founded in 1967, the Kennel Club of Texarkana, Inc., has presented the AKC All Breed Dog Show since 1973. This year, the show will celebrate its 46th year of furry fun.

The event runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Four States Fairgrounds. Admission is free and parking is $5 per vehicle for both days.
