Alorica, a worldwide leading provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, today announced its plans to hire 175 customer care associates at its facility in Texarkana, AR, located at 3432 Jefferson Blvd., Texarkana, AR 71854.
Representatives from Alorica will host a job fair on site on October 13 and 14 to recruit for seasonal and full-time positions. Employees will begin training on October 26 and report to the operation manager as of November 2. In the customer care role, employees will be responsible for handling requests from customers, processing credit card authorizations, and providing guidance and support on a case-by-case basis.
“Alorica aims to provide the best possible service and care to our customers, and that requires ramping up resources during the busiest season of the year,” said Vincent Patterson, Assistant Site Director, Alorica. “We look forward to tapping into Texarkana’s talent pool and boosting the region’s economy.”
The job fair will take place from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. on October 13 and 14. Candidates will be offered interviews on the spot and have a chance to discuss benefits and training opportunities with executive leadership on site.
