Texarkana, Arkansas Police arrested Willie Tatum for battery 1st and aggravated assault in connection to a recent fatal shooting at Raceway gas station on State Line.
More than 20 shots were fired around 1 a.m. October 5th after a fight broke out in the parking lot of Raceway. Fred Eatherly, 30, soon arrived at Wadley where he died from his injuries.
According to Officer Kristi Mitchell with Texarkana, Arkansas Police Department more arrests and charges are pending and the investigation continues.
