Max Carter, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died yesterday from injuries received during a car accident, according to to the Preliminary Fatal Crash Summary published by the Arkansas State Police.
The accident occurred in the 2600 block of South State Line at 9:20 a.m. Sunday November 2, 2014.
Carter was driving a 2008 Ford when the vehicle left the roadway and collided with two trees, stated the Preliminary Fatal Crash Summary. The vehicle rolled over and the driver was later pronounced deceased at Wadley Hospital by Dr. Fry, stated the Preliminary Fatal Crash Summary.
