TEXARKANA, TEX – Texarkana Texas Fire Department responded to a fire at Brighton Manor Apartments at the corner of College Dr. and Richmond Rd.
According to radio traffic a resident was cooking on the stove when it caught fire and the fire spread to the attic area. Fire fighters were on scene quickly and had the fire under control. Damage appeared to be minor.
