Fire consumes house on Trexler Rd.

A house on Trexler Rd. was fully consumed by fire Tuesday afternoon after a fire the homeowner had set got out of control.

According to deputies on scene the homeowner was doing yard work when the fire spread to the house.

Redwater, Wake Village, Maud, and Liberty Eylau Fire Departments all responded to the scene. The house was fully engulfed by the time fire crews arrived on scene.

No injuries were reported.
