12:30 P.M. Tuesday | Texarkana Texas Fire Department responded to Sonic on Richmond Rd. for a disabled smoking Texarkana Texas Police Patrol Vehicle.
According to radio traffic the officer was having car problems and they pulled into Sonic where the car was unable to go into reverse. Heavy smoke then started pouring out from under the hood. The smoke had subsided by the time fire units arrived on scene.
