Galleria Oaks Drive is now open to traffic from Cowhorn Creek to Robin Lane.
According to Texarkana, Texas public information officer, Lisa Thompson, the city opened the road to traffic on Saturday, February 7, 2015.
“The contractor says that the portion of Galleria Oaks from Robin to Richmond is estimated to be open to the public February 15, 2015”, said Thompson. “They will still be in the area working behind the curb, so drivers should be aware of construction personnel.”
