According to the National Weather Service, excessive heavy rainfall will be possible by midweek across portions of the Four State Region. The heaviest rainfall at this time appears to be across portions of southeast Oklahoma, southwest Arkansas and northern Louisiana.
The Texarkana area shows a slight risk for severe storms.
