Texarkana, Texas Police arrested one juvenile Friday morning after the owner discovered two teens in her rent house in the 1400 block of Lee Street.
According to the owner she was checking her rent houses Friday morning when she discovered two teens asleep inside one that was supposed to be vacant. She quietly exited the house and called police.
The two teens ran from the house just as TTPD officer were arriving on scene. Officers quickly setup a perimeter and soon had one juvenile suspect in custody. Despite multiple officers and detectives searching for nearly an hour the second suspect was not found.
According to Texarkana, Texas Police spokesperson Shawn Vaughn the juvenile was charged with criminal trespass, evading detention, and had a felony probation violation warrant out out of Texarkana, Arkansas.
