Local Fire Departments Donate Coats to Children At Opportunities, INC.

Local 367 teamed up with Professional Firefighters of Texarkana Arkansas Local 502, Texarkana Firefighters Association, and Operation Warm to deliver warm coats to all of the children of Opportunities, INC. of Texarkana just in time for the cool weather.
