The City of Texarkana, Texas Street Department will begin reconstruction of N. Park Road from Winchester Drive to Moores Lane beginning on September 3, 2019.
The estimated time for completion is approximately 3 weeks. Cement treatment will occur first, taking around 2 weeks to finish, and then an additional week is estimated for the contractor to lay asphalt.
After this project is complete, crews will mobilize to Stonewall Drive around September 30, 2019. The Street Department will be reconstructing a section of Stonewall Drive and Stonewall Trace. Estimated total project time is 3 weeks.
