In celebration of Preservation Month, the Texas Main Street Program and Town Square Initiative will host its annual Imagine the Possibilities Tour in downtown Texarkana during the month of May. The Imagine the Possibilities Tour showcases available downtown properties as a way to engage potential investors, developers, entrepreneurs, residents, and anyone else who has imagined themselves running a business, owning a building, or living downtown.
Imagine the Possibilities Tours bring to life one of the Texas Historical Commission’s (THC) most innovative initiatives, DowntownTX.org. The website is a software application that is transforming how downtown programs match potential investors and entrepreneurs with opportunities in Texas’ historic downtowns. During the month of May participating properties featured on Texarkana’s DowntownTX.org portal will display information at each property.
