On Monday, September 23 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Silvermoon on Broad, 213 W. Broad St., Texarkana, TX, an informal meeting and discussion with Preservation Texas and the Texas Historical Commission staff will provide an opportunity to exchange information and learn about the needs of local preservationists.  Building and business owners, local preservationists, historians, and community leaders are invited to the roundtable discussion about local preservation challenges, resources and statewide preservation programs.
